Hallett Gutter Cover
 How it Works:
Hallett Gutter CoverŪ is a patented (Patent Number D416,079) gutter debris eliminator that works. No slots, holes or mesh to catch leaves and debris. With Hallett Gutter CoverŪ, our one peice design allows water to enter the gutter by surface tension and electromagnetic attraction. Water will follow the curved surface into the gutter and debris will fall over the edge, virtually eliminating build-up and messy gutter cleaning.
Deck Cleaning & Sealing
Cleaning and sealing/staining wood requires a lot of time, materials, skill, and ideal weather. So sit back, relax and spend more time with your family and friends, and entrust us to care for your exterior wood.
Roof Cleaning
Many homeowners mistakenly replace their existing roof years before it's worn out. A roof that is merely streaked and stained can be restored to its original color and beauty - guaranteed. Roofs typically stay streak free for 5 years.
Keep your roof beautiful while also reducing cooling bills. A clean roof is a cooler roof.
Driveway Sealing
Home owners, is your asphalt driveway looking dull and grey? You want that shiny black look. Seal coating will give you the protection you need and the look you want. If you're selling your home sealing your driveway may be just the thing to tip the scales in your favor. Get that curb appeal your neighbors will envy. If it looks bad, it makes your whole house look bad. Most people tend to concentrate on their landscaping when thinking of those outdoor improvements. There is more to having that perfect curb appeal than just replacing those plants that have died over the winter and tending to the lawn. Your asphalt driveway is one of the biggest features and investments of your property.
Brewer Cote Sealant
Is the only sealant that still uses coal tar emulsions in the Cincinnati area with the cost of coal tar going up over 50% in the last couple of years most all companies have switched to an asphalt emulsion. While the cost of asphalt emulsion is nearly half of coal tar emulsion let's compare the two.

When you are receiving bids on your asphalt seal coating and some of them are nearly half of the other ones you can bet that they are using asphalt emulsion. Coal tar emulsion will always be more resistant to water, gas, oil, and other chemicals, by its make up. Asphalt emulsion is cheaper for sealing companies, but has fewer advantages to the consumer when considering protection against UV radiation, gas, oil, chemicals, color retention, and water absorption.
