The sanitizer also contains a sealant that deters regrowth for up to two years. The System we use is a hepa filtration system that uses the push pull method of cleaning. We hook the machine up to the main trunk lines in the basement (no long hoses to decrease vac power!). We remove all vent covers and plug them with a piece of foam. This creates a true vacuum within the duct work to optimumize vac power.
